<p>David R. Burton, 88, of Youngstown, OH, passed away the morning of December 13, 2016 at Austintown Woods Nursing Home. Born on June 25, 1928 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Luigi and Philomena Como Buttopietro. </p><p><br></p><p>David retired as a self-employed court reporter for David R. Burton and Associates. He also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. David loved to read and was an animal lover. </p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Domenick Buttopietro, and sisters, Lucille DiLorenzo, Tresa Sheen, and Eleanor DeMonaco. </p><p><br></p><p>There are no calling hours planned, and services are private.</p>Obituary
