Mary Anna Smith of California Hill Rd., Delevan died Monday, December 12, 2016 at the Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville at the age of 71. She was born September 21, 1945 in Buffalo, NY a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Jankowski) Jemiola. She loved her family and her job. She was a special education aide for Boces in Ellicottville, NY for the Pioneer School District. Her husband, David M. Smith who she married May 20, 1966 in Buffalo, passed away July 14, 2011. She is survived by her children: David R. (Julia) Smith of West Valley, Joseph E. (Tammy) Smith of Yorkshire, Kelly Smith of Arcade and Richard M. Smith of Delevan; also survived by 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband and her brother - Dick Jemiolo who passed away in 1982. Friends may call Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
