Theresa Adair

Mrs.Theresa Darnell Adair, 75, of Coldwater, MS, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2016 at Senatobia Convalescent Center. She was born on May 19, 1941, in Tate County, to Eunice Moore Darnell and Cecil Darnell. She was a member of Safe Haven Baptist Church in Independence, MS. A devoted wife, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Adair is survived by her devoted husband of 52 ½ years, Elton L. Adair; one son, Michael Adair; one sister, Mary Nell Russell; one brother, Aaron Darnell, all of Independence, MS; one granddaughter, Josie Adair (Edwin) and one great-granddaughter, Adley Cupples. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eunice Moore Darnell and Cecil Darnell. Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home, with internment following in Jamison Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 am. -12 p.m. at the funeral home. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
