Emanuella C Gallo

Emanuella “Ella” C. Gallo, 69 years of age, of Baldwinville MA, formerly of Revere, passed away on Friday, December 30th, 2016 surrounded by her family. 

Beloved wife of Albert Gallo for 44 years. Loving mother of Sarah Gallo, and her husband Allister Glenny of Templeton MA and Louise Gallo of Saugus. Adoring grandmother to Giovanni, Jayden, Izabella, Lilah and Quinn.  Dear sister of Maryanne Callahan of Hanover, John Villa and Cynthia Trevisone, both of Revere. Cherished aunt to several nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.  Ella grew up in Boston's North End neighborhood. She adored her large, close-knit Italian family, including her many cousins. She and her husband raised their daughters in Revere, where they resided for 20+ years, and later moved to Baldwinville, MA for more peaceful surroundings. Ella will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and her big, hearty laugh that will now echo through heaven. She will be greatly missed by her family and her many close friends.

Family and friends will honor Ella’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St. REVERE on Wednesday, January 4th from 2PM to 6PM and again at 10AM Thursday morning before leaving in procession to St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Revere for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in her honor at 11AM. Committal service is private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ella’s memory to St. Vincent de Paul, 670 Washington Ave Revere, MA 02151.
