MILLINOCKET- Julie Edna Elizabeth Colombo, 50, died tragically Saturday November 12, 2016. She was born on May 22, 1966, in Millinocket, Maine, the daughter of Michael and Anne (McGreevy) Colombo. Julie graduated from Stearns High School. She worked as a CNA for many years and had the biggest heart. She was a daughter, a mother, and most recently promoted to grandmother. She was the kind of person you could call anytime, and she would be there for you no matter what. She excelled as her role as a mother, she was her daughter’s best friend. Many hearts will be crying for her, but we know that heaven has gained a most beautiful angel, inside and out. Julie is survived by her parents, Michael and Anne Colombo, her brother and his wife, Bart and Marcia Colombo, her daughter and son in-law, Abbie (Colombo) and Chris Stefens , her beloved grandson, Weston Stefens, Uncle and Aunt, Armand and Brenda Colombo, Aunts, Olivia Steeves, Janice McGreevy, Elaine Colombo, and cousins. Friends are invited to visit with the family 11 A.M.-1 P.M. Thursday, November 17 at the Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack Street, Milinocket. Funeral services will begin at P.M. , officiated by the Rev. Bruce Siket.
