Johnathan Rowland age 55, husband of Madge Johnson Rowland, died Saturday Dec. 3, 2016 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. Johnathan was a builder and built homes in central Kentucky for many years, he was also a member of the Family Worship Center in Lexington KY. He was born in Chicago IL to Mayme Cope Rowland and the late Mace Rowland and he was preceded in death by his brother Stephen T. Rowland and Joseph Rowland.

Johnathan is survived by his wife of 37 years Madge Johnson Rowland, his daughters Leslie Marie (Johnny) Bussell, and Kathleen Audrey (Christopher) Long, his brother Zach (Ann) Rowland, and sisters Rebecca (Craig) Garrett and Rachel (Robert) Quinley, and grandchildren Bentley Jacob and Addison Olivia Bussell. Funeral services will be Wednesday Dec. 7, 2016 at 11 am at Lakes Funeral Home, with Pastor Don Adkins officiating, burial will be in the Scaffold Cane Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Roy Todd, Billy Ray Johnson, Josh Rowland, John Webb, Tim Rowland, Wade Garrett, Devon Pierce and Clinton Johnson.
