Stuart Parker, 86, of Hemet, California passed away Monday, November 28, 2016. He was born on Friday, January 31, 1930 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to Samuel and Frieda Popkoff. Stuart is survived by his two children, Todd Parker and Wendy Jackson and his three grandchildren, Charlene Parker, Jonathan Parker and Charlotte Jackson. He was preceded in death by his son, Steve Parker. Stuart's occupation was in the medical profession as a physical therapist. Stuart was an avid golfer, loved playing tennis and he was a diehard Green Bay Packer fan. Stuart was also a proud veteran of the Korean War, serving our country in the US Army. Stuart's friendliness and kindness to all people, and his devotion and love for his dog, Smokey, is a tribute to the beauty of his heart and soul. Stuart was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him. Stuart will be laid to rest privately at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California. A memorial service will be held on December 12th at 11:00 am at the clubhouse at Maze Stone Village, 24515 California Avenue, Hemet, California.
