Kathryn Higley, 70, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born September 2, 1946, in Cloy, Arkansas, daughter of the late James and Addie Mae Stokes English. She was preceded in death by her parents; aunt, Ollie Mae English; and uncle, Relus English. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Terry Higley; daughter, Deborah Humphreys (Aaron Pearson); grandchildren, Noel Humphreys and Dalton Pearson; great-grandson, Zee Franklin; 2 sisters, Paulette Hall, and Carolyn Bell (Jim); and 3 nephews, Tony Hall, Ronnie Hall, and Duane Walker. Graveside service and burial is 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 5, at Phoenix Cemetery (Buck Mountain) with Rev.
