Mr. Charles William Shelton, age 31, died January 16, 2019 in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Mr. Shelton was a native of Giles County, the son of the late Charles H. Mosley and Mrs. Wanda Gail Graves Shelton. He was a tattoo artist and was a member of the Family Baptist Church of Columbia.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Tammy (Dwayne) Swinney of Columbia, brother, Richard Shelton of Pulaski, maternal grandmother, Mildred Flores of Pulaski, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Booth Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow.

There will be no public visitation with the family.
